Gemstone At River Park of Fort Worth has been a Certified Alzheimer's Facility for 20 years, so families can have peace of mind knowing their loved one is in good hands. All caregivers are specially trained to care for those with memory loss and have experience working with various types of dementia.
The small, intimate setting enables caregivers to provide special attention and person-centered care to each resident. Life enrichment activities and events are regularly scheduled, so the senior residents can be as active as they choose. This community also provides private rooms, giving each resident their own personal space where they can relax and disconnect when they begin to feel overwhelmed.
